I know 100ways to be a good girl

It started by a short video clip.
while i was watching TV,i saw a music video.
There was shaved head woman singing like a puppet.
(woman..or boy or..some existence)
And behind of her,a guy staring at the camera with piercing eyes.
After a while I remembered that he's Maxim(from Prodigy).but still couldn't know who the woman is.
But I remember the moment I hear her voice for the first time,the moment she made my heart beat faster.

Her name is Skin,former Vocal of Skunk Anansie.
She's black,British,lesbian,shaved head,very political&most of all,so talented.
I love her because she's black famale singer who sings/writes rock musics.
(which is not common in the music industry..people usually expect a soul/RnB songs from black female)
and I love her passion about 'the life'.and her political words.
and of course her looks..ehehehe

I always admired strong female.Maybe it's just because i'm not strong as i want.
If somebody askes me who's the strongest women I think then I won't hesitate to name her.

i failed a lot while I was drawing this.
but i'm happy that i finished inking..it was so hard 'cause i thought the pencil sketch is perfect but my sketchbook's paper isn't very good to keep all those thin,subtle lines.(which i gave up for inking)


I'm a color addict,that's why i'm so bad with colors.i can't choose one color.!!i just love them too much!

when i was the most beautiful

A Japanese poetess made a poem 'when i was the most beautiful'just after the 2nd World War.
she sang about things she(and young people in her age) lost,things she had to let go during the war.

A Korean writer made a novel 'when i was the most beautiful' in mid-90s.
the main character dies in her boarder's(skateboarder) arms,with this poem in her hand.

A Korean unknown girl's made images from those poem&story from late 90s till now.
this image is from the story A Korean writer made.
this girl is sleeping with guys in her father's age for money or for nothing,this boy doesn't know the world without skateboard.after he found what the girl's doing,he stabs her.

i printed this image on T-shirts and sold them at Artists's market.
happy couples liked it particularly just because they're holding eachother's hands in my image.
but i couldn't help myself smiling craftily behind those couples.

well.anyway.this poem/story fascinates me everytime i read it,i will definitely draw them as a series on and on.

i drew this few weeks ago,for this blog.
the guy left thinks that he has the girl,but she's looking at another one.
this kind of scene is very fun to draw so i'll draw some more stuff like this with these labels-'in her eyes','in his eyes','in your eyes'
this would be the 1st one for in her eyes.

while i was looking through my old sketchbook,i found this image

this sketch was for wooden mirrors(you can see them on my homepage),
i tried to draw many different kinds of faces.
this guy above,thinks that he's very cool but actually he isn't.especially to girls.
so basically the image 'your girl wants a skateboarder'is from this little face.
but i like this small sketch more.he seems more natural,affordable..isn't he?
